I use the Hyphenate This plugin which adds a boolean hyphanated metadata field. I would like for this field to be written only to the Calibre database, not to the ebook file.

However, I *do* want Calibre to write other metadata changes -- author, title, etc. -- to the file.

Is it possible to have this level of control over which metadata fields are written to the ebook file?
The Modify Epub plugin can remove all non Dublin Core metadata elements ==>> Index of plugins

The Sigil ePub editor has a metadata editing tool that can remove individual elements.
