Hi, there, I've been sending files to Kindle via web and email. Previously, I used the Scribe, and the files worked very well on it, displaying the table of contents. Today, I purchased a Kindle 11th for reading on the subway or outside. However, I noticed that for the same book, when I click on the table of contents on the Kindle 11th, it only shows "table of contents." I checked the files on both the Scribe and the Kindle. On the Scribe, it's in KFX format, while on the Kindle, it's in AZW3 format. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue.
