Thanks for your bug report. But I need to see a full backtrace/crash report to understand what is going on, as I can not recreate what you are seeing on my macs.

Also, by any chance are you using any of Apple's Accessibility features? VoiceOver or apps like Rectangle or any third party app that impact window sizing or position?

There are a number of previous bug reports related to Qt bugs with Apple's Accessibility apis that have already been fixed in Qt.

Would you be willing to run and report back an x86_64 testbuild with those fixes in place to see if any of these fixes solves your issue?
