Those abrasives are too fine to scratch plastic. Though it will take a huge amount of rubbing to remove even very fine scratches. They are polishing compounds rather than abrasive. They won't scratch plastic screens.

Pearl Drops brand might be too coarse and abrasive. The dentist says it will wear away the tooth enamel!

If in doubt test on a piece of scrap plastic.
