Yes indeedy. At one point I was getting them regularly enough to concern the docs and they sent me off for a contrast CT and MRI scans. For whatever reason, and thankfully, I don't get them as regularly now. I usually get a series of ice-pick flash headaches a few days to a week before I have an actual migraine, so I have time to prep.
TPBM would accept a one-way ticket to either a past or future point in time.
