My Kindle Voyage is jailbroken. But I cannot get KUAL to appear in the book list.

I am looking at "Your Library" -> "Downloaded". The only icons are "Kindle Feedback" and "set Up Your Kindle." The firmware version is 5.13.6.

What am I missing?

If it matters, I'm trying to get the Downgrader tool installed to go back to factory firmware. KUAL is a prerequisite for that.
