On Windows 10 you can retrieve hidden windows via the Taskbar context menu->Cascade windows option - which is a darn sight easier than hit-or-miss moving of something you can't even see via the keyboard arrow keys.

Apparently the Cascade feature is absent on the Windows 11 Taskbar, with no obvious replacement Ψ³
