Calibre won't launch properly W11

I'm on Windows 11 and last week Calibre 6.25 worked just fine. I tried to open it Thursday and it appears it would launch, but the window would never fully open. I tried the alt-tab over to it, etc, but it would never open. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted: nothing. Friday had the update 6.26 and it did not fix the problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few more times, ran CCleaner, did the calibre-debug --default-programs unregister, deleted a bunch of keys in the registry, deleted folders and whatnot and still nothing. I have another user profile on this computer and it launches perfectly there, so clearly there's something I'm missing here on this profile. Turned off my AV/firewall (Webroot). Tried launching in airplane mode. Nada zilch zippo.

My debug looks like this:

And I've searched here and haven't found anything new after I tried everything suggested in other threads. Once a few years ago I totally broke it (it crashed when I was doing something that overtaxed it and wouldn't open again) and I had to do a total strip of every shred of evidence of Calibre's existence and then it finally worked. But it *did* eventually work. This time it doesn't seem to. So, what do I do now? Do I uninstall again and registry clean up again and make sure I got it all? I'm at a total loss if that doesn't work. I don't think I changed anything from the day it worked to the day it didn't, but clearly something else updated in the background that messed Calibre up. Other than switching profiles, which would be a huge pain I would hate, anyone have any ideas?
