Thanks, Kovid. After shutting down the android file transfer program, Calibre recognized the Scribe right away.

I have over 2,000 books on the device, and it takes a little over 12 minutes now to show the books I have on the Scribe. I tried it twice, and it took that long both times. Before the Kindle update, it took maybe 2 minutes.

I can deal with it if I have to, but any way to speed up the process? Just asking.
