As of this week, my GloHD has stopped being able to connect to the internet. When I try to connect, it asks for the password, and after I enter this (correctly), it 'thinks' for a while and then gives me an error message which reads:

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? (I'm not sure if it relates just to the GloHD or to other Kobo models too.) I have tried with both my home wifi and using my iPhone as a hotspot, but the result is the same.
