Quite possibly though he keeps making mentions that suggest he is currently a resident of the UK. I had a couple of the best cups of coffee I've tasted while in the UK decades back. I also had several cups that suggested the coffee was swept off the floor and then packaged. Admittedly I also had a couple of the worst cups of tea I've had on that trip. For some reason, I was not expecting a nameless teabag in a cup of lukewarm water in a British "tea shop".
