I can confirm this is fixed, thank you. Interestingly, at the exact time @ownedbycats asked about this, I was actually adding to RG a pBook I've read a long time ago and don't have anymore, to the 2023 "want to read again" goal. I've finally found on the web a digitized version.

Question: I'm using a RG specific custom column for the Genre view. For any book I'm adding to RG, I do fill in this field, so that I can track what books were already added to RG, by searching for #rg_genre:true.

It may be possible that, in some cases, I forget to do so. So I wonder if there should be another way to track what titles are currently in RG json database. Probably not, as I understand that you made RG in a way that it can't by itself modify Calibre's metadata.db.
