Does the 84e-4505.rbf directory even exist?

Does the calibre installer give you the UAC popup? If not, try right clicking and Run as Administrator.

You can also try uninstalling calibre and then removing the calibre2 directory from Program Files. This will not affect your library or calibre settings.

If that doesn't work, you may have to remove the calibre configuration directory as well but make sure to record your settings/plugins before doing so.

Unless you played games with the installer, I think that calibre 6 will not install on Windows 7.
