Just in case, I tried turning on MacOS Accessibility VoiceOver feature and ran your test and sure enough I get a crash with something very very close to what you reported.

So this is yet again another Accessibility related bug in Qt 6.5.2.

I have nudged one of the developers at Qt in the hopes they will take a look at it.

There is no workaround other than to turn off whatever Accessibility program or tool that you are using that is causing Qt to crash. Hopefully they will get this fixed asap.
