I just tried the same thing on my M2 Max Mac Studio with 32 gig of memory so a very similar system to yours.
Nothing I do makes it segfault. That is true for the testbuild and current Sigil 2.0.1 released.
Maybe this has nothing to do with the QAccessibility bug that was fixed and instead you simply have a broken monospaced font someplace.
Try temporarily removing all monospaced fonts except for Courier New and restart your machine and try again.
A new backtrace might then help.
