Your ISP will have to contact Spamhaus to request the delisting. If you want, you can check out the procedure at SBL Delisting Procedure. The good thing is that once they are contacted, the procedure is relatively fast.

The suggestion from @ownedbycats may be of help to you. Rather often, the IP address is used by a spammer until it gets blocked then they simply move on to a new address leaving the next person who gets assigned that address to deal with the fallout.
