Looking at your log file, it would appear that your IP address appears in a block list.

You might want to open Google and search 'what is my ip' (without the quotes) and then open the Spamhaus link from the link in the error message pointed to in your logs which is https://check.spamhaus.org/. You can then enter your public IP address. This should let you know if your IP address has been block listed.
