MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Does updating the metadata wipe out your annotations (even if < it over)?

I downloaded metadata and reviewed each one. Clicked on the arrow to copy my comments over (blurb plus annotation notes) and wound up with a series of horizonal lines (the text got wiped). I rejected the changes and it stayed. I noticed one of my books had a series of horizontal lines where the annotations once were, so I guess they got wiped. I might have not scrolled down to check that the annotations stayed for that one.
