Basically $subject. I don't want to wait for "n" days, as I need the space ASAP (having thus proceeded to deleting a lot of books from the library - have them all on an external backup). I want to get rid of the deleted ebooks on calibre exit, but the choice of "on close" doesn't do anything (folder .caltrash still full). Should I just blow up the content of the .caltrash from within the OS?

Edit: sorry - jumped the gun - worked after getting rid of the the .DS_Store in the root of the folder. Dam' macos and my forgetting to protect the library from creation of such
