Nothing like a user complaining that it takes them over 40 minutes to log in. Turned out that part of their roaming profile was multiple gigabyte video files on their desktop. Since we had enabled deleting cached copies of roaming profiles, they got to download those files from their network profile every logon. Shutdown/log out was slowed down a bit but only 10-15 seconds.
