Problem with manually inserting characters in TOC entry
When manually adjusting the TOC, via double-click on some TOC entry and wanting to insert some special character, you cannot use the "insert character" function to enter those specific characters.
Not sure this is intended behavior.
Work around: copy&paste character(s).
