I'm in the same boat as you. I have several Kobos, and a few days ago none of them were able to connect to the Kobo servers, either through the Kobo desktop app or through wifi. I tried connecting one of my Minis to the desktop app after signing out of my Kobo account on the e-reader. That sent the Mini through the setup routine, which I was unable to complete due to a lack of connection. Nor was I able to "see' it on the computer. That Mini is now a brick.
I am able to download Pocket articles on an Aura H2O by signing out of Pocket, then signing back in. I have to do that each time I want to download an article.
I'm afraid to try logging out of my Kobo account then logging back in because I'm concerned that I may brick another.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
