I think I may have had one many years ago where the magnets didn't close strongly enough, so they changed it. Nothing's perfect, problems will occur from time to time, and it's how they're dealt with that matters. They didn't quibble at the exchange and the replacement worked.

Ah yes I see no that mine is a Forefront cover not Fintie. I had forgotten which F the logo represented as I had owned Fintie Kindle cases in the past.
If I wanted a different colour though they don't seem to be available at the moment though, Amazon UK only seems to have Forefront cases for the Sage and eBay only for Forma and possibly Clara.
Even when I google Forefront cases Kobo Libra 2 i oddly get responses covering every Kobo model except the Libra 2. 🤔
