I've just installed the latest test version from
the post on this thread and the problem seems to be fixed.
I've tested it with the following action modes:
1. Adding completely new works
2. Get Story URLs from Email
3. Update EPUB if New Chapters
4. Overwrite Always
And the set extratags have been added every time I've updated/added a new work.
