Writing in English would probably get you more answers on your question.
In an opened library, there is an 'FT' (Full Text) icon at the leftmost end of the search bar. If you click this, you can enable Full Text search. Calibre will create a search index of your books in that library. Note that it will almost double the size on disk of your library.
