I'm told that Secret of the Incas (1954) influenced the Indiana Jones movies a bit, but I haven't seen it myself.

The Saint? Now, those will take some effort--the best ones start in 1928 (Louis Hayward, the Saint in NY) and go from there. Honestly, I thought Hayward was the best, but...apparently, I was the Lone Ranger around that thought process.

Hmm...interesting challenge there, Rumple.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Some we've seen fairly recently, and my sister doesn't like to rewatch movies. But others I haven't seen and I suspect my sister hasn't either. I'll have to see which ones are available on streaming and keep my fingers crossed that I can get my old chromecast to work with my laptop as hotspot for streaming on vacation.
