I am not seeing this feature, either, on any of my Kindles. Tried Restart, no change.

Amazon often switches on new features well after an update is applied, and only for a small percentage at first. This may well be one of those cases.

That said, it's not a feature I'm likely to use, I only have 4 collections and those represent only a small percentage of my Library (less than 5 percent).
