True. The only time in a restaurant, we were served horseradish with fowl was when one of the party ordered swan. Sadly, that restaurant like most restaurants was ephemeral. Depending on the season, you could find venison, moose, duck, goose, rabbit, kangaroo, etc. on their menu. Forest to table instead of farm to table. Their duck chasseur was excellent though it did have an element of eating fugu since the mushrooms were wild picked.
