For Backreaders: To get it to sync automatically, I set up my folders, went to file -> save as batch job, then went to my desktop and opened RealTimeSync (if it's not there, check C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync).
Then I went to file -> open and opened that same batch job, set the time to 60 seconds, saved that, and started it.
You'll still have to start RealTimeSync up manually though unless you
set it to run upon login.
