The main reason for me to purchase PRS-T1 was the support of FB2 books with Cyrillic fonts, as I only read books in Russian in FB2 format. Many sites listing supported formats for PRS-T1 do not show FB2, but here is one website that show FB2 as supported (go to the bottom of the page and check "Additional features"):
