It is related to covers on the site literatuurplein.nl. That site is deprecated.
In the config file of plugin:
uncheck "get covers from literatuurplein.nl if available"
and uncheck "get covers only from literatuurplein.nl".
In the next version of the plugin I will remove these options.
The covers will be found on bol.com.
