Last time I looked, the errors shown by Check Library are not fixable from outside Check Library short of mucking around in the calibre library from the OS which in Not A Good Idea. Errors such as empty folders, extra formats, unlisted manifested files, etc. should be fixed from within Check Library. There is no check on the individual books structure nor for such things as having an author listed as AW Snow, A.W. Snow, A. W. Snow, Alan W Snow, etc. which are items that could be detected and fixed from within calibre.
