Thanks a lot for both your responses! I edited "Kobo eReader.conf" file to export the highlights. But I don't see the chapter name/location information on my Libra 2.

hatuluang, Thanks for the info. I checked the post and a couple of sample exports in the thread. I don't see chapter names/locations in them though. I need at least chapter names to tell where those highlights are from.
