Default icons theme.
Not sure what happens if a theme lacks an icon. I don't have a gear.png in my configuration overrides so the one in the install resources is used.

madelonw - we can't see your fb page, use the MR attachment feature to post screenshots - it's the paper clip icon in Advanced mode.
