Hello.

Use the excellent program "ABBYY PDF Transformer+" for conversion.

Now I specifically tried to convert the file EPUB_Straight_to_the_Point.pdf, which is quite complicated in terms of design (size 192 pages) into docx, html and epub formats (of which only 174 images were converted).

The result is excellent. In epub, there is practically no garbage and different conversion tails, as from other tools. Just tweak a little.
