If you click the tiny arrow, (IF partitioned tagB1)
In the Tag Browser you click on a tag and it gains a Green +, (see TagB2) that shows the books with that tag in the Library

IF you right-click the entry, you get a menu: (see tagB3

Rename and Delete are the most common that I use.
Rename has value lookup help just, like other places in calibre. That allows quick normalization of the valies
