Basic kindle - new connecting port?
Hello all. I've had a basic kindle for a year and the battery is shot. So I ordered another basic model. I went to connect it to the cable I have for the first kindle, and the (smaller) end attaching to the kindle DOES NOT FIT. Did Amazon change the port to something proprietary? I am so angry that all the cables I have floating around the house will not work. I want to return the Kindle for this reason. But then, what should I buy instead?
