You must have a Kobo account set up. Using your browser, log into that, then go to the Humble Bundle redemption page in a new tab. Copy the code for the 1st tier, click on the link for the tier, then select the books you want to add to your Kobo library, enter the code in the box then click the confirmation box. Repeat for each tier you purchased.

Then go to your Kobo account, and go to your books, and you should see all the titles you just redeemed. What you then do depends on how you manage your library: if you read on a Kobo device directly, you can sync as normal.

If you manage your library via Calibre or read on a non-Kobo device, you need to download the books. Under each book cover in your library, you should see 3 dots; click on those, and select download (towards the bottom of the list). If the book has DRM, it will download an ADE ascm link which you import into ADE (or directly into Calibre with the appropriate plug-in). Once in Calibre, manage as you like.
