There was an article Sunday in the Wall St Journal about the direction the new CEO is taking the company. The author of the article toured the newly remodeled Upper West Side of Manhattan store with James Daunt. Daunt provided a lot of background on the changes he is making. The big takeaway was allowing store managers to tailor store content and layout to their specific customer base.
