After searching everywhere to find the decrypted boot.img for the newest Android 9 update for the NotePro I went down the path to download and decrypt it myself. So here is the link to the stock boot.img from the newest version for Android 9 (2021-05-20_10-53_3.1) and the patched one (done with Magisk v25.2).
