I did some digging and found Introducción a la estadística by Barbara Illowsky & Susan Dean on the OpenStax (Rice University) site. It is available under a Creative Commons Attribution License v4.0 as follows:

The copy posted lacked the required attributions and the first portion of the book which included the license text.
