A quick look at the epub you supplied and the first thing that comes to mind is that you need to split your text file. I only see the nav.xhtml navigation document and a 7MB estadistica.html text document.

Running epubcheck, it had multiple complaints. Your font files are in a Fonts directory below the OEBPS directory while one of your stylesheets does not show any directory information which references the fonts.

Your navigation document references Section0001.xhtml with a label of Inicio. Sadly, that document does not exist.

You have multiple unicode-bidi properties in your ePub stylesheets which are not permitted for an ePub3 stylesheet.

At a wild eyed guess, this epub is the result of a conversion from a pdf to an html using pdf2htmlEX and then dragging the html file into an existing blank ePub document without due care and attention to the differences between a web page and an ePub document.

And lastly, unless some proof that the original document and illustrations are in the public domain or has been released by the creators is produced, my belief is that this is a pirated textbook.
