Thanks for the clarification! Admittedly I don't really know what could have gone wrong. But since the other two books I loaded did not suffer from that problem, I guess that this is probably due to some of the things I tried while not having properly installed the plugin. So its likely not reproducible (since the other two books did not throw that error).
Thanks a lot! And I'll let you know if this does start to reoccur! For now it seems not o be a bug but something on my side.
