The OP was rather clumsy. He failed to read our Posting Guidelines, and his image the size of Arkansas was therefore deleted; and, as you mention, the "7th of what" is unclear. One may, perhaps, safely assume that the "7th" is in reference to this month, since the post was made on the 5th of this month. Please note that I could be wrong in this assumption.
Clicking the link brought me to the Amazon.com [U.S.A.] site and it is currently at $2.99. If that is a sale price, I have no idea.
Unfortunately, Mobileread too often has individuals who ONLY post promotions and do not participate in ANY active discussions. I addressed that very issue a number of years ago in the Posting Guidelines, before my....retirement....[and subsequent stroke].
But, such is life.
