Hi there, new to this forum so sorry if this question has already been answered. I am having trouble installing koreader, I have kual and kpv installed but when I unpack the koreader folder into the kindle root folder, it does not appear in the kual menu as it should. Is there something i'm missing, thanks!

(for reference I have a kt2 kindle and i'm running 5.12.2.2)
