Here's what to do.
  1. Go to kobo.com
  2. Move the mouse pointer over my account and select My Books
  3. Find the book you want to download
  4. Click the ... to the right under the cover and select Download
  5. Click Download File
  6. Open the ACSM file in ADE and you'll have your ePub
  7. If the ePub is DRM free, you'll download the ePub without the need for ADE
