On the topic of Overdrive, this happened a while ago but I forgot to post at the time:;
I put a hold on a book and was looking forward to borrowing it. Except whoops, I put the hold on the audiobook version and never realized until it came up some weeks later. So I had to place a separate hold to the eBook copy. Going to take a while to read this....
