I'm experimenting with cold-brewing coffee. I must say I'm loving the results, but it's a bit of a PITA. My grinder doesn't go quite as coarse as I'd like it to, and I'm using a ton of beans (at least it seems that way). 170g makes a little less than 2 quarts of concentrate in about 18-20 hours. I'm using roughly 1 part concentrate to one part water/milk.
I need more fridge space if I'm going to continue, I think.
So yeah... right now, I'm having some iced cold-brew.
