I don't have a qtbase_ua.qm file in "C:\Program Files\Sigil\translations\" directory.
I'm using a standard installation of Sigil 1.9.30

There is a translation into Ukrainian, and quite a long time ago.
Maybe this file is translated in some "special place" and not in the Transifex system.
