Thank you, I will try this.
I have downloaded and installed Inkscape, and I can see I am in for a pretty steep learning curve.
I thought I could just copy and paste my existing code above into Inkscape, but no such luck. Looks like it needs to be created from scratch.
Might take a bit of time to figure out, but not unachievable.
